What is MintWire?

MintWire is a Customer Operations platform for small and medium businesses — an AI operations layer for customer-facing work, not a generic CRM. It is built as modules on one shared core, and AI Receptionist is the first active product.

What is AI Receptionist?

A product that adds website chat, structured intake forms and email intake to your business. It answers visitor questions from your knowledge base, triages inquiries, and captures leads into an operator inbox for your team to handle.

Does the AI reply to my customers automatically?

In website chat it can answer visitor questions live. For email and intake forms, the AI drafts and triages, but customer-facing replies and internal triage notes are kept separate — nothing is sent to a customer automatically unless you explicitly configure it. There is no automatic booking; an operator confirms before anything is scheduled.

Is email intake a baseline feature or a paid add-on?

Email intake is part of the AI Receptionist baseline — included in both Starter and Pro, not a paid add-on. Inbound emails are captured as conversations in the same inbox, where the AI can draft a reply for an operator to review.

How does the monthly message limit work?

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of handled inbound messages: up to 500 on Starter and up to 2,000 on Pro. Each handled message is one AI call. The allowance resets each calendar month. Plans are billed monthly and you can cancel anytime.

Is my data separated from other businesses?

Yes. Each business is isolated at the database level, so your conversations, customers and leads are not visible to other tenants.

Will it make up answers?

The assistant is built to answer from the knowledge base you provide and to avoid inventing facts, prices or availability it was not given. The quality of answers depends on the information you load.

Which channels are supported?

Available now: website chat, structured intake forms and email intake. On the roadmap: a Voice channel (in development, not connected) and messenger channels — WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram (planned, not yet connected).

Is MintWire publicly launched?

Not yet. MintWire is in controlled rollout. We do not claim public launch readiness, full self-serve readiness or live public-sales readiness until those are verified.

How do I get started?

Set up self-serve in the app, or request a guided setup from the Start page.
