The $78 plan includes 250 talk minutes a month (1,000 on Phone Receptionist Pro). Top-ups are $12 for 30 minutes, $20 for 60 and $35 for 120. We never charge overage automatically: the dashboard warns you when you’re running low, and if the pool runs out the receptionist stops answering until you top up or the month resets.
Do I need special equipment or software?
